“MSMN News”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean MSMN News and Martins Studio Media Network. “You” means anyone using the website.

Some photographs used as article images are obtained from the original story source and enhanced for display on MSMN News. Credit remains with the original publisher or rights holder where applicable. That does not transfer ownership of the original photograph to you.

If comments or other submission features are available, you are responsible for what you submit.

11. SHARING LINKS

You may share links to MSMN articles on social media or messaging, provided you do not imply false endorsement or alter the story.

Do not copy or commercially reuse media from this site without the right to do so.

If you believe we have published material that infringes your rights, email media@martinsstudiotv.com with the URL, a description of the work, and proof of your claim so we can review it.

15. ADVERTISING AND AFFILIATES

The site may show Google ads and other advertising. An ad is not necessarily an MSMN endorsement.

We may also use Amazon Associates or other affiliate links. If you buy through those links, MSMN may earn a commission. That does not change the price you pay unless the retailer says otherwise.

Sponsored, branded or paid features will be labelled where required. They are not independent editorial reporting.

17. EXTERNAL LINKS

We are not responsible for third-party websites’ content, privacy, security or terms. You visit them at your own risk.

18. AVAILABILITY

We aim to keep the site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Maintenance, hosting, security or third-party outages may cause downtime. We may change or withdraw features without notice where necessary.

Courts of Nigeria have jurisdiction, except that if you are a consumer in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom or another country that gives you mandatory local rights, those rights still apply and you may bring a claim in your local courts where that law requires.

31. SEVERABILITY AND NO WAIVER

If one clause is unenforceable, the rest still apply. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver.

32. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, the Privacy Policy, Cookie Notice, Advertising Terms, Sponsored Content Disclosure and any other MSMN policy we specifically link from the site are the agreement for use of the public website, unless a separate contract applies to a particular service.
